Minimum volume of serum needed for the proper execution of the analysis:

  • 1-2 analysis: 1 ml serum
  • 3-5 analysis: 2 ml serum

Interpretation of serological analyses isn't always possible if we do not receive:

  • at least a basic level of clinical information
  • an estimation of the moment of exposure
  • the onset time of the symptoms.
