mini Anion Exchange Centrifugation Technique (mAECT) (concentration method to detect living Trypanosoma sp.).
Sampling instructions
1 ml of fresh heparine blood no older than 30 min. (EDTA or citrate may not be used for this test)
Storage conditions
The analysis must be performed immediately because the method detects living and moving parasites.
Important advice
The analysis can not be performed on sent blood.
